What type of Pork Chop to Use
I used the thin, breakfast-cut chops in my video here, but you can use thicker ones without adjusting the spices. In fact, I recommend it.
How Long Will Pork Chops last in the freezer?
These will last in the freezer for about 4 months if packed properly and should be thawed before cooking so you don’t end up with a piece of rubber.
I do not recommend these for the slow cooker simply because there isn’t enough liquid or acidic ingredients to tenderize the meat properly. That being said, you could probably add some, but then it becomes much less low in carbs.
These recipes are formulated for single servings, however, you can easily multiply each recipe by the number of tummies you have to feed. Easy!
