Ham and Cream Cheese Pinwheels made with just 3 ingredients but packed full of flavor. Say hello to my favorite snack of all time at .25 net carb per serving!
Seriously, say hello to my favorite snack of ALL TIME. It’s ironically a old family recipe dating way back.
One day I just had a craving for it and quickly grabbed the 3 ingredients I needed to make them. They have easily became a family staple in the fridge these past couple months. Great for snacking, entertaining and even for meal-prepping as they store perfectly in the fridge over the week.
Actually, I prefer them even more after a few days when the onion really gets time to flavor in the cream cheese even more… it is heaven.
How to Make Pinwheels with Cream Cheese and Ham?
It is actually rather simple. All you need is just ONE more ingredient.. green onion. So all you need to make these is…
- Cream Cheese
- Green Onion
Then you just need to roll the ham up like you see in the picture below.
Cut into 1 inch slices, which depending on the type of ham you use could be 4 pinwheels per roll up or more. Nutrition information is below down by the recipe card.
