- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cups almond flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a large microwave safe bowl add mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir and cook another 45-60 seconds until mixture is fully melted together when stirred.

- Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick onto a well greased pizza pan (or lined with parchment paper)
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Add whatever low carb pizza toppings you would like and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot.
This was the first low carb pizza that I’ve ever made and I really needed it to be good. We just started a low carb journey and we love pizza and I just felt that if the pizza is good then we could make it, lol. This pizza recipe is absolutely amazing, the pizza sauce is amazing and life is good. We know that we can make it now. I joke about this but it really is important to find good flavored recipes in order to be able to stick with it. I use different seasonings a lot and this pizza is full of good flavor. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes!
Awwww so happy to hear that our recipe convinced you it’s possible! We absolutely love pizza too – it’s imperative that pizza stays in the weekly rotation for us 🙂
I made this pizza crust today
During baking the top of the crust swelled up and underneath wasn’t done
I followed the recipe to the T
We’ve had this problem a few times ourselves. We actually figured out it was our pizza pan that was giving us the issues! When we use this pan now we actually flip the pizza crust after about 10-12minutes, pull the parchment paper off the bottom and bake for another 5minutes. Our other pans seems to get hot enough that they allow the bottom to cook, the actual pizza pan has holes in it and some reason doesn’t cook as evenly. Hope this helps and solves it for you!
This is the BEST low carb pizza crust!!!! It’s become our Friday night pizza night standby. Thanks!
