Ingredients
- 10 ounces Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese (apprx 1 1/2 cups)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup red hot sauce
- 1/2 cup low carb ranch dressing
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
Instructions
- Add cheese, cream cheese, hot sauce and ranch dressing into slow cooker.
- Cook on low 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once cheese is melted stir in shredded chicken. Heat for another 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Set slow cooker on warm heat while serving.
Notes
Depending on the type of cheese you use it might curdle the cheese a bit after cooking and cooling down. No worries, it isn't the most beautiful looking but it's still tastes amazing.Â
