Low Carb Mexican Fries Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. Low Carb Taco Seasoning (see link above)
  • 1 (9.5 oz.) package cut jicama OR 1 medium jicama pealed and cut into fries
  • 1/4 cup oil
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all the spices.

  2. Toss the cut jicama with the oil and spread out over a parchment lined baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle about 2 tbsp. of the spice mix over the fries and bake at 400 F. for about 25-30 minutes.

  4. Cool and serve.
