Low Carb Tuna Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans water packed tuna
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1/3 cup mayo, no sugar added
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.

  2. Eat this as a stand alone dish, or serve with a side salad.
