Low Carb Jicama Churros Recipe

Ingredients
  • 9.5 oz. sliced (fry-cut) jicama
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oil
Instructions
  1. In a food-safe plastic bag (about 1 gallon size), combine all the ingredients and shake to coat the fries.

  2. Pour out onto a cookie sheet.

  3. Bake at 400 for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until they have a nice, golden brown color.

  4. Remove from oven, cool and serve.
