Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup erythritol
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) package pecan pieces
  • 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

  3. Transfer to mini pie pans and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until baked through.
