Low Carb Broccoli Slaw Recipe
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pure liquid stevia
  • 1/2 cup almond slices
  • 1 (9 oz.) package raw shredded broccoli
  • 1/4 medium yellow onion, chopped fine
  1. In a small to medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayo, lemon juice and vinegar.

  2. In a larger bowl, combine the dressing with all other ingredients and toss until the slaw is well coated with dressing.

  3. Serve as a side dish or as a main salad.
