Low Carb Garlic & Herb Cauli-Rice Recipe
Low Carb Garlic & Herb Cauliflower Rice Recipe
Yield: 2 cups
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp. fresh, chopped thyme (hard stems removed)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh, flat leaf parsley (Italian parsley)
  • salt to taste
  1. Warm the oil in a large skillet and saute the garlic for about 1 minute over medium heat.

  2. Turn the heat up to high and quickly add the cauliflower, stirring well to mix in the garlic.

  3. Cook for approximately 3-5 minutes (until it's cooked to your liking).

  4. Turn off the heat and quickly stir in the fresh herbs.

  5. Season with salt to taste and serve. (A little salt goes a long way with this one)
