  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 large whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • oil for cooking/greasing skillet
