Low Carb Chicken Tomato and Avocado Salad Recipe
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1/2 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 2-3 large fresh basil leaves, minced
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

  2. HINT: If you want a creamier sauce, stir in 1 tbsp. of good quality mayonnaise!
