  • 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee, coolled slightly <--- Important!!
  • 1 tbsp. raw hemp seed
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. MCT oil
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. food-grade cocoa butter (optional - for a mocha flavor)
  • pure liquid stevia to taste
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes on high.

  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

  4. NOTE: Always use a blender. This won't work if you simply stir it. You must use a blender. This is also the reason you want to cool the coffee slightly. Using hot coffee right out of the coffee machine will cause your blender to explode hot coffee all over you and your kitchen. Yes, that's personal experience talking.
