Low Carb Sausage Omelet Recipe
Yield: 2 servings
  • 1 medium sausage
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 large whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 standard slice Haravti cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
  1. Slice up the sausage and saute it in the coconut oil.

  2. While that cooks, whisk your eggs, cream and spices in a bowl to combine well, then pour into the pan and scramble.

  3. When the eggs are nearly cooked, flatten the eggs into a flat layer and top with cheese of your choice.

  4. Flip the omelet in half like a taco and serve.
