Low Carb Avocado Curry Dip Recicpe
Low Carb Spicy Curry Dip
Yield: 4 cups (scant)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower, cooked and cooled
  • 2 medium avocados, pitted and skin removed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (roasted & salted)
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 medium cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve with your favorite low carb chips!
