Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 Tablespoons oil
Instructions
  1. Whisk together almond flour, eggs, baking powder and oil.

  2. Pour 1/3 of batter into a small greased microwave safe bowl. 

  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. If there is any wetness still on the bottom, microwave for at least another 30 seconds.

  4. Turn the bun onto a plate and cut in half. Add your hamburger and favorite low-carb toppings!
