  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 3 bell peppers seeded and sliced in half
  • 2 cups low carb pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cheese or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup sausage cooked and chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Place bell peppers on baking sheet. Coat with a thin layer of oil. 

  3. Fill each pepper half with 3-4 Tablespoons of pizza sauce. Fill in with your favorite other low carb toppings like bacon and sausage.

  4. Sprinkle each pepper with cheese. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until peppers are tender and cooked through.
