Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef cooked and drained
  • 1 cup uncooked riced cauliflower
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 6 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 (14 oz)can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (14 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cups beef broth
Instructions
Slow Cooker Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a slow cooker and roughly mix together.

  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or High 3-4 hours, or until cabbage and riced cauliflower is tender.

Stove Top Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a large pot. Simmer on low covered stirring occasionally every couple hours for at least 3 hours or until cabbage and riced cauliflower is tender.
