  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered erythritol like powdered swerve
  1. Take a medium mixing bowl and using a hand mixer or stand mixer beat together cream cheese, butter and slowly add powdered sweetener in until creamy.

  2. Pipe or frost onto your favorite low carb cupcakes or cake and enjoy!
