Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus (about 16 stalks, washed and trimmed
  • 1.5 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • On a baking sheet toss asparagus and olive oil together.
  • Separate into 4 bundles. Wrapped 2 slices of prosciutto around each bundle of asparagus.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy.
