Ingredients
  • 5 oz cream cheese ,softened
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon erythritol ( another favorite sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 strawberries , hulled and halved
Instructions
  1. In a a large bowl mix together, cream cheese, coconut oil, sweetener and vanilla extract. Mix until combined and smooth.

  2. Prepare muffin tin with cupcake liners. Place a cookie scoop of mixture into each tin making 6 fat bombs. Top with strawberries.

  3. Freeze for 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerators up to 7 days.
