Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head (Approximately 4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl whisk together hot sauce, butter, olive oil, garlic powder and salt.
  • Add cauliflower to prepared baking sheet. Drizzle buffalo sauce mixture over cauliflower and gently toss until all florets are covered in sauce.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender.
