Low Carb Bacon Asparagus Breakfast Casserole

finely sliced celery

chopped yellow onions

cooked bacon, chopped + any extra bacon grease left behind in the pan

dried thyme

ground black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well to evenly distribute the eggs.
Pour the mixture into an oiled, 10x7 casserole dish.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the egg is completely cooked.
Cool slightly and serve.
