Low Carb Mexican Fries Recipe

Low Carb Taco Seasoning
(see link above)
1
(9.5 oz.) package
cut jicama
OR 1 medium jicama pealed and cut into fries
1/4
cup
oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all the spices.
Toss the cut jicama with the oil and spread out over a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle about 2 tbsp. of the spice mix over the fries and bake at 400 F. for about 25-30 minutes.
Cool and serve.
