washed spinach leaves (I used half a 6 oz. package of pre-washed baby spinach)

(14.5 oz.) jar
artichoke hearts + 1/2 the oil they are packed in
1/2
lb.
bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces

tbsp.
white balsamic vinegar

large
fresh strawberries, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together and serve.
