In a bowl mix together butter and peanut butter. Add in powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt. Mixture should be soft but hold together pressed into a ball. If it is a bit crumbly simply add a couple dashes of water until it combines.
Roll 1 Tablespoon of dough into a ball. Makes around 8-10 balls. Pop in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden. Best if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 7 days.
