Is this cookbook low carb or keto?
It’s both! Keto generally you’d like to follow under 20 Net Carbs a day whereas low carb is generally in the 50-100 Net Carbs a day range. Our cookbook provides recipes to help fit into both of those carb ranges without sacrificing any flavor.
