Low Carb Party Mix with just 4-Ingredients. Perfect combination of something sweet to snack on while hanging out with friends this week.
It’ that time of year when people start getting together. They enjoy each other’s company, good drinks and good food. But when you eat low carb, it can be difficult to enjoy a good party when you aren’t sure if you can eat anything while there. Sure, you can eat before you go, but it’s always more enjoyable to partake in the same good food and drink that your friends and family are enjoying.
So I looked in my fridge and found the following. It seemed like a good mix at the time, so I just combined equal amounts of everything in a bowl. It turned out fabulous and I had to actually pack most of it away to keep myself from eating it all.
This would also be great in place of popcorn!
Note: Just watch your portions. Even though it’s low carb, it only stays that way if you keep your serving within range.
Making this Party Mix in Larger Batches??
Totally possible. If you want to double or triple the recipe, you could easily keep this in the freezer for up to about 6 months or so. Make things even easier by pre-packing in portioned sizes so you can just grab it out of the fridge or freezer and be on your way. Pretty versatile for some nuts, coconut and chocolate chips!
Take this Low Carb Party Mix on the Road
This is a good travel snack on the go. I wouldn’t leave this in a hot car for obvious reasons, but it’s something yummy you can stash in your purse, briefcase, backpack or lunch box for those occasions when you just want to relax and enjoy something tasty with great company.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup low carb chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together and serve.
