Have you ever wanted a quick, printable guide or list of low carb fruits you could just put up on the fridge for quick reference? Well look no further! These are the lowest carb fruits I’ve found and I’ve listed them out with their full carb count, their net carb count and the size serving that has those amounts of carbs and net carbs.
When I first started eating low carb, I really missed fruit, especially during the summer when the produce is prolific in these parts. (I’m in northern California)
So I sat down and made a list of the lowest carb fruits I could find and made sure to occasionally add one or two to my shopping list each week. Most of it was eaten by my little guy, Mini Chef, but I made sure I at least got some. A big part of starting a new way of eating is making sure you don’t feel like you are losing your favorite foods. So it’s important to make controlled exceptions when needed. In fact, in small amounts, you don’t even have to call them exceptions. They could be a regular part of your eating plan!
So with a little bit of research, this is the list I ended up taping to my fridge.
