- Crushed Pork Rinds
- Bacon Bits
I promise, it’s not hard to make either.
All you have to do is crush up the pork rinds by placing them in a zipper-top plastic bag and crushing them with your hand or by rolling a rolling pin over the bag. Then just mix in your other ingredients and that’s it! Easy!
This breading is best on either chicken or light fish such as cod. It’ll keep in the fridge for as long as the bacon bits will last.
Also, be careful which bacon bits you choose. I get the Wellshire brand from Whole Foods (no, I was not paid to say that) because I feel pretty good about the ingredient list.
