Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge Salad made in under 10 minutes that everyone will love. Can’t go wrong with crisp iceberg lettuce in a creamy blue cheese dressing.

I’m am a huge advocate to healthy nutritious salads. Packed with greens galore like our Spinach Cobb Salad or our Low Carb Taco Salad. Sometimes though you need an iceberg lettuce wedge salad in your life.
I’m not sure why but every so often I get a craving for this type of lettuce. I know the nutrition is not as on the same level as spinach or kale but something we practice in our household, everything in moderation.
My moderation is every so often I want a Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge Salad with crispy bacon, onion, blue cheese and tomatoes. Think we deserve it once in a while. Plus, they look so fancy when serving at a dinner party!
We’ve yet to share our homemade blue cheese dressing but our Keto Ranch Dressing or Low Carb Caesar Dressing if you’d like to try other dressings with our lettuce wedge salad.

Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce , washed and cut into 4 wedges
- 1/3 cup bacon , cooked and chopped
- 10 small grape tomatoes , sliced in half
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 green onions , chopped
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Place lettuce wedges onto plate. Spoon dressing over wedges, top with bacon, blue cheese crumbles, green onion and tomatoes. Serve immediately.
